We’re really excited to be hosting this very special dinner along with our good friends… local farmers and butchers Jim and Garfield Mathis from Hog’s Galore in Philipsburg, PA.
The Deli is going full boar at this 4 course snout to tail supper! Our Dante’s culinary team is going to get hog wild using various specially butchered and specially selected cuts of meat from these glorious locally raised animals.
This farm to table dinner promises to be fun and educational. We’ll learn how the pigs are raised and processed as well as how we prepared and how you can creativly cook some unique sections of their fantastic pigs at home.
