We are thrilled to put together this special night with our very dear friends from Sly Fox Beer! Join us at Liberty Craft House on Thursday December 3rd beginning at 5pm as we welcome the owners, brewers, sales reps., staff and family from Sly Fox.
We’re putting together one special evening filled with approximately 25 unique draft beers all on and served at their proper temperatures at the same time.
As with most of our events at Liberty there will be no cover charge and all the beers will be available pay-as-you-go in a 5oz sampler-size pour or their full-size 13.5 or 16oz pour.
We’re also honored to receive a small amount of their 20th Anniversary brew that will be made available to ticket holders (click “buy tickets now” link below). Our Sly Fox Toast & Talk will be held at 6pm to 30 lucky ticket holders and will include a pour of their Anniversary beer while Owners, Brewmaster and the Sly Fox team tell a few stories from their past 20 years.
Owners Pete & John Giannopoulos and family, Brewmaster Brian O’Reilly, Director of Sales Patrick Mullin, and Sales Manager Corey Reid will all be making the trip up to meet and great everyone and talk all things Sly Fox Beer.
This is shaping up to certainly one of our best events yet. Mark your calendars, get a babysitter, do whatever you have to, but just don’t miss out!

Sly Fox Brewing Company is headquartered in Pottstown, Pennsylvania with a 50-hectoliter production brewery at 331 Circle of Progress.
The brewery opened in January 2012 and Sly Fox beers are currently available in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. John and Peter Giannopoulos are the Managing Partners. Brian O’Reilly is the brewmaster, assisted by Director of Brewing Operations Tim Ohst and the brewing staff. Patrick Mullin is Director of Sales. Sly Fox is considered to be one of the premier craft brewers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The company was founded in December 1995 by the Giannopoulos family when Peter Giannopoulos opened the Sly Fox Brewhouse & Eatery in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. After brewmaster Brian O’Reilly arrived in the Spring of 2002, he developed an off-premise sales program to gain Sly Fox beers a place on the taps at some of Philadelphia’s best bars and taverns, greatly expanding the customer base. The pub is now destination spot for beer lovers near and far and its annual Bock Fest & Goat Race on the first Sunday of May draws crowds of 2,500 or more to town every year.
When off-premise sales increased beyond the Phoenixville location’s ability to keep up, Sly Fox opened a 20-barrel production brewery and accompanying restaurant in nearby Royersford, in November 2004. John Giannopoulos joined the company at that point to manage the brewery side of the business. After seven years, demand once again made greater production capability a necessity and the restaurant was sold to former employees in 2011.
Sly Fox’s success has been due not only the award-winning quality of its beers but also to solid judgment and forward-looking business decisions. The company was an early adopter of the craft-beer-in-a-can revolution and became the first brewery in the Mid-Atlantic region to put in a canning line in 2006, at Royersford. The awarding of a Gold Medal to Sly Fox Pikeland Pilsner at the 2007 Great American Beer Festival in Denver marked the first time a GABF medal of any sort had been given to a canned craft beer.
